Our role, service and expertise in commercial architecture

As commercial architects working across the South West and beyond, we often work with our clients on feasibility and viability studies to evaluate sites, assets and plans to develop them.

Our early input helps our clients assess the potential value and deliverability of a project. Once a clients wishes to go ahead with a project, we can offer a full architecture service through all RIBA Work Stages.

We also offer a commercial interior design service and design management and technical consultancy services, helping contractors and clients ensure the successful delivery of a project.

At Derriford Hospital, we have been working alongside the team at Willmott Dixon in a Design Manager capacity, supporting the delivery of this project to ensure it progresses successfully, stays on budget, and meets the needs of the community it will serve.

In Taunton, we worked with the local council, with Mace and Midas Construction on the Coal Orchard, a mixed use scheme that forms the core the town’s regeneration.. 

For The Royal Horticultural Society, we developed a multi-functional events space and a new visitor centre at Rosemoor.

Our on-going work at the University of Plymouth has formed part of their wider estate masterplan.  

We are able to work with a wide consultant base as our drawings methods and systems are aligned to ensure that we can easily and consistently share and interrogate consultant's team's information throughout a project.

We are members of the Passivhaus Trust and the Association for Environment Conscious Building. We have certified Passivhaus designers in-house and appreciate the benefits of the Passivhaus approach.
